Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Postage and Handling:
A flat postage charge rate applies, no matter how large or small your order. The charge is $9.50 for standard parcel postage and $13 for Express Post. Tracking numbers are supplied for all orders.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels, due to incorrect addresses, will require postage to be re-paid to be re-sent, or the order can be refunded, minus the delivery charge.
Pickup:
Pick up from our Kenwick showroom of online orders is available by arrangement. Normal handling times do apply. Please contact me to organise.
Orders are normally posted daily Monday to Friday, except Western Australian Public Holidays.
All orders are packed and posted within 2 business days, on a first in, first out basis.
Please note, Express Post does not mean priority packing, it is a priority postage service.
The Little Craft House is located in Kenwick, Western Australia and as we are outside of the Express Post delivery network, orders are not next day delivery guaranteed. Orders with Express can still take up to a number of days. Standard parcel postage can take up to the full 7-10 business days advised by Australia Post, longer in peak periods. Please see the Australia Post website for more specific delivery time frames. As tracking numbers are supplied for all orders you can track your delivery at any time.

Pricing:
All prices stated on this website are exclusive to purchases through this site. The showroom and other online store platform pricing may differ.
Where applicable, as stated in relevant listings, colour substitutions are not available.
Returns:
If you find there is an issue with your order when received, ie: received wrongly or short supplied, damaged or faulty goods please contact us ASAP. Please supply the details of the fault and if possible images.
Change of mind returns are accepted by arrangement. Please contact us if you wish to return any item. A 20% restocking fee applies to any change of mind return. Return postage is paid by the buyer. On receipt of the item in its original condition the refund is processed by The Little Craft House. The original postage charge is not refundable, only the product cost, minus the restocking fee.
Parcels returned due to non-collection from the Post Office by the customer will be refunded, minus the original postage cost (eg – the product cost only) and any applicable on-charges received by The Little Craft House to receive the parcel back (eg – Australia Post sometimes charge the delivery costs to return the item).
Please note cut to length cord can’t be returned as a change of mind return.
Exchanges for alternative product (eg – ordered wrong size) are handled as a change of mind return and the new item needs to be ordered as a new transaction. Unless otherwise agreed, all postage charges are the buyers responsibility.
